How can we help?

We enjoy working with our clients on all projects of any size. We offer a range of services that will provide you with the honest and professional advice you need on all tree related matters.

Tree Surveys and Risk Assessments

If you own a single tree or ten, this may be for you! A tree survey or risk assessment will give you a clear idea of what you’ve got, what condition it’s in and what needs doing to it. We will even take care of your tree work application for you if your trees are statutorily protected – whether they be covered by Tree Preservation Order (TPO) or located within a Conservation Area.

Mortgage Reports

If you’re looking to purchase a property and your mortgage company is requesting arboricultural advice, or you may even have some concerns of your own about the risk of damage by trees to your investment, we can help. We’ll assess the trees onsite, look into their proximity to the building, consider the soil type and foundation requirements and give you an idea of whether the trees are likely to give you problems in the future.

Arboricultural Impact Assessments and Method Statements

If you’re looking to extend your home or build a housing estate in an area populated with trees, you’ll need one of these to get planning consent from your local planning authority! Our reports are prepared in accordance with BS5837:2012 – Trees in relation to design, demolition and construction.

Technical Resource and Advice

We also provide technical resource to Local Authorities and other Government organisations to cover day-to-day duties at times where staff absence and/or high workload is preventing time scales to be met. We can also provide technical advice on developing new policies and procedures to ensure day-to-day duties are carried out in a time efficient manner, whilst complying with legal requirements and best industry practice.

Whatever your needs, we will develop a bespoke solution to suit your requirements!
